Sentences
All defendants are required to serve a minimum of eight community service hours and one time
on the TEEN COURT jury. Counseling sessions may be required for the family. The teen jury
may be creative, often requiring essays and/or letters of apology to a victim. The sentence must
be completed within the prescribed time following their appearance.
Recommendations for TEEN COURT Sanctions:
